What We're Looking For:

A passionate and engaging Tennis & Pickleball Professional who will elevate the guest experience through expert instruction, personalized service, and a love for racquet sports. You'll be the face of our court sports program, inspiring guests of all ages and skill levels to enjoy both tennis and pickleball in a welcoming and luxurious resort setting.

In this role, you'll design and lead dynamic clinics, private lessons, and tournaments across both sports, while maintaining our courts to the highest standards. You'll collaborate with the Recreation & Wellness team to create memorable experiences that reflect the Loews commitment to excellence and hospitality.

  • Creative Program Developer: You design engaging tennis and pickleball programs that appeal to a wide range of guests, from beginners to seasoned players.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide private and group lessons in both tennis and pickleball for guests of all ages and skill levels.

  • Organize and lead clinics, social mixers, round robins, and tournaments for both sports.

  • Offer personalized coaching and feedback to enhance guest performance and enjoyment across tennis and pickleball.

  • Promote court sports programs and encourage guest participation through engaging communication.

  • Ensure tennis and pickleball courts are maintained to the highest standards, including cleanliness, safety, and readiness.

  • Manage inventory of tennis and pickleball equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper condition.

  • Coordinate court reservations and scheduling to optimize guest access and experience across both sports.

  • Develop seasonal programming for tennis and pickleball aligned with guest interests and resort events.

  • Collaborate with Recreation, Spa, and Marketing teams to promote all court sports offerings.

  • Stay current on trends in both tennis and pickleball and incorporate innovative techniques and formats.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all safety, legal, and operational standards.

  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Regularly lift 45 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.

  • Stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching tennis and/or pickleball in a resort, club, or hospitality setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels across both sports.

  • Proficient in scheduling software and basic computer applications.

  • Knowledge of tennis and pickleball equipment and court maintenance.

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

  • Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
