What We're Looking For:
A Restaurant Server who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you'll take orders, serve food and beverages, and foster a warm, vibrant atmosphere that makes every guest feel welcome. Your in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, and cocktails allows you to elevate the dining experience through personalized recommendations and confident service. Working closely with bartenders and team members, you'll ensure seamless operations and play a key role in delivering memorable moments for every guest

What You'll Do:
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer personalized food and drink recommendations.
Take accurate orders, noting special requests or dietary needs, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
Refill drinks and anticipate guest requirements for a seamless, enjoyable experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including specials, pairings, and preparation methods.
Answer guest inquiries about food, beverages, and cocktails with confidence and professionalism.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling both cash and card transactions.
Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Set up and break down bar and dining areas, restocking and organizing supplies as needed.
Keep tables, seating areas, and menus clean and tidy throughout service.
Respond to guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Assist in resetting the dining area for the next service to maintain a welcoming environment.
Attend required hotel meetings and training sessions
Bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience (1-2 years) in a food and beverage setting is required, with knowledge of alcoholic beverages and service techniques highly preferred.
Strong understanding of menu offerings, service etiquette, and guest engagement to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating personalized and memorable interactions.
Basic proficiency with computer systems for order entry and processing.
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
